I can achieve very special contact with my clients through commissioned work. Intensive discussions regarding the client's wishes and ideas and my artistic experience enable me to create works which might otherwise not have arisen.

The process normally begins with words such as: „we have seen your work and would like to have something painted by you. We have a wall available but your paintings are too big, too small, too green, etc...“

My response:
"that's why I do commissioned work!"

The process of creating, with a client, the idea behind a painting and then realizing it is a wonderful experience. The satisfaction and excitement I see in the client's eyes when I hand the work over give me great joy every time I do it. Anything is possible. I remain the painting's artist and author.
